Eastbourne - The Chalk Cliffs of Seven Sisters
The chalk cliffs of Seven Sisters run east from Seaford towards Eastbourne in the UK. It is situated in the South Downs National Park comprising 280 hectares of chalk cliffs, meandering river valley and open chalk grassland. The cliffs were formed where the South Downs meet the sea. Because of erosion, each year the cliffs recede at an average of 30 to 40 centimeters.
