The FIAT 126p cars, also called the "Little One," were manufactured in Poland; the "p" is stressed to indicate Poland as opposed to those manufactured in Italy in the 1970's by the Italian FIAT Motor Company. When the Polish Communist government bought the license, it was produced in the country in the mid 70's to 2000. The cars were affordable and popular in Poland.

One of these little green FIAT 126p cars can be found in the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz in Krakow. It was lovingly painted by neighborhood kids some years back to bring back the once known symbol of Poland.
