Copenhagen - Geflon Fountain

Copenhagen - Geflon Fountain

The Geflon Fountain features a group of animals pulling the plough of legendary Norse goddess Gefion. The fountain, the largest monument in Copenhagen and also used as a wishing well, can be found in Churchill Park near the Lagelinie waterfront and The Little Mermaid. The fountain was created by Anders Bundgaard and unveiled in 1908.
