Machu Picchu - Couple Enjoying the View of Huayna Picchu

Huayna Picchu or Wayna Picchu, translated as "Young Peak" in Quechuan, rises over Machu Picchu to a peak of about 2,720 metres (8,920 ft) above sea level. The Incas built a trail up the side of the Huayna Picchu and built temples and terraces on its top. This natural mountain gives the character to the whole archaeological complex and is visible in the background of the classic postcard view of Machu Picchu.
