Cusco - Rainbow Flag of the Inca Empire
This flag containing the seven colors of the rainbow is used in Peru to represent Tawantin Suyu, or Inca territory. The origin of the flag can be traced back to the Inca culture and is called wiphala. The flag is commonly seen these days around Cusco, in government buildings and in the main square.
