The guard house, located at an elevated point in the agricultural sector, is a prominent three-sided building with windows. One of its long sides open onto the Terrace of the Ceremonial Rock; this style of Inca architecture is known as the wayrona style. From the top of these terraces, the entire urban and agricultural areas can be seen.
