Additionally, the Viking Age display includes sledges, beds, a horse cart, wood carving, tent components, buckets and other grave goods. Many fully or nearly fully intact Viking ships are on display. Its most famous ship is the completely whole Oseberg ship.</p>]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.yenbaet.com/p715502113/e2B567DB8"><img src="http://www.yenbaet.com/img/s3/v40/p727088568-3.jpg"/></a></p>]]><![CDATA[<p>Oslo City Hall, or Radhus, is a large red brick building situated near the Oslo harbor, was built in 1950 to celebrate the city's 950th anniversary.  One of the city's great landmarks, this massive four-square building, built of concrete faced with brick, was designed by Arnstein Arneberg and Magnus Poulson. It has two towers; in the one to the east is a carillon of 38 bells. The facade is decorated with sculpture and reliefs.</p>]]></description>

It was constructed in response to the Norwegian nobleman, Earl Alv Erlingsson of Sarpsborg's earlier attack on Oslo. Akershus has also been a prison, a section of it known as The Slavery as the prisoners could be rented out for work in the city. It has housed many rebels and criminals through Norwegian history.</p>]]></description>

A landmark on the port, the Eternal Peace Flame burns brightly and serves as a beacon of light and inspiration. It is a donation to the city by World Harmony Run founder Sri Chinmoy.</p>]]></description>

This was one the most horrific events in the country's history. Since the 2000s, it has been undergoing urban redevelopment, being transformed from a container port. The buildings include barns, stables, stores and old Norwegian homes. The angled exterior surfaces of the building are covered with Italian marble and white granite and make it appear to rise from the water. It is the largest cultural building constructed in Norway since Nidarosdomen was completed in 1300.</p>]]></description>

The first was a car bomb explosion in Oslo within Regjeringskvartalet, the executive government quarter of Norway, The second attack occurred less than two hours later at a summer camp on the island of Ut&#191;ya. This was one the most horrific events in the country's history.
